Did not have time to exercise? At least try to take the time to laugh. Laughing again, according to a study from Loma Linda University's Schools of Allied Health (SAHP) and Medicine, has the same effect as exercise on the body.

The test results show, funny videos alter blood pressure, hormone levels, and endorphins as exercise with moderate effects.

Dr. Lee S. Berk, preventive care specialists and researchers from Loma Linda University psychoneuroimmunology, has been working on related studies of laughter for almost 30 years.
